The Association of State and Territorial Local Health Liaison Officials (ASTLHLO) is comprised of representatives from each state and territory who hold the responsibility of overseeing and providing support to local public health agencies. Our members are employees of state and territorial health departments with this unique role in their organization.
While the relationship between the state and territorial health departments and their local health agencies varies considerably, our goal is to strenghten those relationships and to promote, support and improve overall local health infrastructure and performance.
